During this unprecedented time we understand that all of our clients will have questions and concerns.

We are currently taking Government advice and have opted not open our Hedon or Withernsea Branch with all staff working from home.

Sadly we will not be carrying out any viewings of properties in line with Social Distancing guidelines.

Any future sign up’s for properties will be dealt with on a case by case basis & we would ask all customers to contact us via email with their own concerns.

We understand many tenants & landlords will be concerned in regards to rental payments.

We are hear to help advise any tenants whom are having difficulty paying rent.

We will only be accepting payment via bank transfer or standing order at this current time.

However we hope to be able to offer over the phone card payments in due course.

Finally our maintenance team are equipping themselves with the relevant PPE equipment and have strict guidelines to follow when carrying out essential property repairs.

Due to the circumstances only major repairs & emergencies will be attended until the correct level of health and safety can be implemented and advised by HSE UK.

Scheduled maintenance / repairs will be put on hold until further notice.

We would ask all clients to please email us details so we can asses each request on a case by case basis.

We will endeavour to update our website & social media platforms once we have more information on the situation in the coming days and weeks.
